Safar Ki Dua in Roman English
Here is the authentic Safar ki Dua as taught by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ:
“Subhan-allazi sakh-khara lana haaza wa maa kunna lahu muqrineen. Wa inna ila Rabbina lamunqaliboon.”
Safar Ki Dua in Urdu
سُبْحَانَ الَّذِيْ سَخَّرَ لَنَا هٰذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِيْنَ وَإِنَّا إِلَىٰ رَبِّنَا لَمُنْقَلِبُونَ
Safar Ki Dua in Hindi
सुब्हानल्लज़ी सख्ख़र लना हाज़ा व मा कुन्ना लहू मुक़रिनीन। व इन्ना इला रब्बिना लमुनक़लिबून।
Translation in English
“Glory is to Him who has brought this (vehicle) under our control, though we were unable to control it (by ourselves), and indeed, to our Lord we will surely return.”
This dua is from the Qur’an, Surah Az-Zukhruf (43:13-14).

(Meaning: O Allah, I seek refuge with You from the hardships of travel, from having a change of hearts and being in a bad situation, and I seek refuge in You from an ill fate in wealth and family.)
